Lance Hampton is the principal of Strategic Logistics, a consulting firm specializing in supply chain management, including manufacturing, procurement, distribution operations, customer service and supply chain software. He has a very strong Supply Chain and General Management background and is skilled in analysis, problem solving, project management and administration. Lance is a Supply Chain professional in the design and implementation of both operational and technological solutions for manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, ecommerce and control systems. He is responsible for developing strategic plans, justification of systems and processes and detailed process planning and specification, and management of the implementation process.
